It Should Have Been Perfect... The Wall of Lipstick Development That Collapsed at the Manufacturing Site

Just as I was starting to get a handle on the design of the package’s outer casing, a new problem arose from the manufacturing site.
it just wouldn’t pour properly.
and if the docking between the lipstick and its base container doesn’t go well,
Lipsticks, which are made from oils and fats, differ from the cosmetics I had made before,
felt just like the world of chocolatiers.
The temperature of the lipstick being poured, the temperature of the mold, the rapid cooling temperature after pouring, and then the docking from there
No matter how many experiments I repeated, things just wouldn’t go well,
A storm of B-grade products.
When I asked raw material manufacturers and machine manufacturers for any breakthrough ideas, I got the same answer.
"The formula is too soft."
I was told to just change the recipe firmly, but that would defeat the purpose of development.
When I said I didn't want to change the formula,
"Then we have no choice but to keep experimenting by changing the temperature in various ways until we reach the correct answer."
It was a very reasonable opinion.
Anyway, it was a daily cycle of repeated prototypes.
I was struggling with the pain of creating something new.
