Gift wrapping and delivery bags are available for a fee. You can select the gift and set the shipping address etc. on the cart screen.
Please note that we do not accept separate deliveries of delivery notes and receipts to the orderer. Thank you for your understanding.

Membership registration related
About Membership Registration
You can purchase products at our online shop without registering as a member, but if you register as a member, you will be able to shop without having to enter your customer information the next time you shop, and you will also be able to purchase items from your past purchases. You can check your shopping history etc.
You can register by entering your customer information from "Create an Account" or from the purchase procedure screen after selecting a product.

About withdrawal
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please enter the "name, email address, and phone number" you registered using the contact form, and then write "Request to delete member information" in the comment field before sending. We will delete it.

Shipping time
• For credit card and online payments, orders placed before 12:00 noon will be shipped within 5 business days of the next business day.
• For bank transfers, payments confirmed by 12:00 noon will be shipped between the next business day and 5 business days.
Please note that we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, so they are not counted as business days.

Payment related questions
Q. I made a purchase using my debit card, but I was charged twice.
A. Your debit card will be deducted immediately at the moment of the temporary sale (when you press the purchase button).
If any changes occur after purchase (change of product, addition of gift wrapping, correction of shipping charges, etc.) and we correct the amount, the amount may be temporarily doubled.
The amount debited before the correction will be treated as a cancellation and will be automatically refunded at a later date.

We do not issue handwritten receipts.
