- Japan: Gift wrapping and bags for handing over are available for a fee. You can select gifts and set delivery destinations on the product screen.Please note that we do not accept separate delivery of invoices or receipts to the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
- France / EU: We have paid paper bags available. Please add the paper bag to your cart from the product list.

Membership registration related
About Membership Registration
At our online shop, you can purchase products without registering as a member, but if you register as a member, you can shop without having to enter your customer information during your next purchase, and you can also check your past purchase history.You can either enter your customer information from "Create an Account" or register from the purchase procedure screen after selecting a product.
Please note that you may not be able to receive e-mails sent from the store or e-mails may end up in your spam folder if you have specified a domain to receive e-mails from the store. Please set up your e-mail settings so that you can receive e-mails from the “@f-divines.com” domain.
Correcting registered information
You can check or change your membership registration details from ``Confirm Address'' under ``Account Details'' on My Page. Please note that we cannot accept changes by phone or email.
About withdrawal
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please enter the "name, email address, and phone number" you registered using the contact form, and then write "Request to delete member information" in the comment field before sending. We will delete it.
About payment

Bank transfer is only possible within Japan. Please pay by bank transfer within 7 days of placing your order. After payment, we will ship the product.

Shipping time
• For credit card and online payments, orders placed before 12:00 noon will be shipped within 5 business days of the next business day.
• For bank transfers, payments confirmed by 12:00 noon will be shipped between the next business day and 5 business days.
Please note that we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, so they are not counted as business days.

About customs duties and VAT (value added tax)
・Shipping within Japan (shipped from Japan)
For domestic shipping, no customs duties will be charged. In addition, the consumption tax equivalent to VAT (value-added tax) is included in the product price.
There is no need to go through customs clearance or other procedures, so there are no additional costs.
-Delivery within the EU (shipped to France)
Since the item will be shipped within the EU, VAT (Value Added Tax) will be applied according to EU regulations. Normally, VAT is included in the product price, so there is no need to pay it separately.
In most cases, customs duties will not be incurred depending on the type and price of the products handled within the EU. Details will depend on the regulations of each country, but in most cases no additional customs duties will be imposed.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons.

Payment related questions
Q. I made a purchase using my debit card, but I was charged twice.
A. Your debit card will be deducted immediately at the moment of the temporary sale (when you press the purchase button).
If any changes occur after purchase (change of product, addition of gift wrapping, correction of shipping charges, etc.) and we correct the amount, the amount may be temporarily doubled.
The amount debited before the correction will be treated as a cancellation and will be automatically refunded at a later date.
